Manage Your Subscription

Everything lives under Settings → Billing.

Changing plan

Upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated for the rest of the period.

Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period, so you keep what you paid for. Features you lose — custom tasks, extra seats, API access — stop at the same moment.

Downgrading with more team members than the new plan allows requires removing members first.

Payment details

Card and billing details are held by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Use Manage billing to open their customer portal, where you can update your card, change the billing address, and view your billing history.

We never see or store card numbers.

Invoices

Invoices are issued by Lemon Squeezy and emailed to your billing contact. All past invoices are in the same portal, with tax and VAT handled for your jurisdiction.

To change the billing email or add a VAT or tax id, do it in the portal — it needs to be on the invoice, and that is theirs to issue.

If a payment fails

Lemon Squeezy retries automatically. Your plan includes a grace period during which everything keeps working: three days on monthly Growth, seven on annual, longer on Enterprise. Fix the card in the portal and the retry clears it.

After the grace period, access is suspended until the balance is settled. Your data is not deleted.

Cancelling

Cancel from Settings → Billing, or email support@ducker.ai.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You keep access until then and are not charged again. Assessments already consumed remain payable.

Your data stays available for 30 days after the subscription ends, and can be exported during that window. See our Terms of Use.
